COMPENSATION
Back-of-the-house employees start at a minimum of $15.00 an hour. Payday is every week on Friday.
PAID TIME OFF
All hourly employees are eligible for PTO after 60 days of employment. Employees will accrue one hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked with an annual cap of 30 hours of PTO per year.
HEALTH INSURANCE
Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance coverage the first of the month after 30 days of employment. We offer 3 different tiers of coverage through United Health Coverage. Electric Hospitality pays an equivalent of 60% of the lowest tier for single coverage. Employees are able to add immediate family members and will be responsible for the additional premium cost.
401K
After one year of employment, full time employees are eligible to enroll in our 401k plan. You can elect to save up to 6% of your pre-tax wages. Electric Hospitality will match 100% up to 4% and 50% up to 6%. Our plan is managed by J.P. Morgan.
