Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall opened in 2014 along a freshly developing Eastside BeltLine Trail. Mile marker 9.25 is our base camp for elevated campfire cuisine, outdoors appreciation, and gathering with good company.

Named for First Lady Claudia “Lady Bird” Johnson, our National Parks- and nature-inspired ethos is a nod to her lifelong love of the outdoors. In 2016, our own love of being outside led to the expansion of the Grove, which now offers over 10,000 square feet of outdoor space, sprawling seating options, and multiple vintage camper bars.

In 2022, we were thrilled to expand our indoor space as well. The Black Bear Bar, our newest addition, features ample couch and table seating, a roaring fireplace, and its own bar. At the same time, our sister cocktail bar Ranger Station opened upstairs.

Since day one, we’ve pursued the same mission: bring good folks together over great food and drinks. Come on in and be part of our story!
